The parties hereto have agreements on the subjects of Welfare and Pensions for longshoremen covered by this Agreement as set forth in the ILWU-PMA Welfare Agreement, as amended, and the ILWU-PMA Welfare Fund—Declaration of Trust as amended, the ILWU-PMA Pension Agreement, as amended, and the ILWU-PMA Pension Fund—Declaration of Trust, as amended.
