Section 22.1

This Agreement shall remain in effect—unless terminated in accordance with other provisions in the Agreement or unless the termination date is extended by mutual agreement—until 5:00 p.m., July 1, 2014, and shall be deemed renewed thereafter from year to year unless either party gives written notice to the other of a desire to modify or terminate the same, said notice to be given at least 60 days prior to the expiration date. Negotiations shall commence within 10 days after the giving of such notice.
